The Masters Program is a unique employee development program designed to appeal to people that want to be recognized and rewarded for being the BEST at the job they do. Within the IRONS Group, we like to acknowledge and reward OUTSTANDING performance, no matter the position in the company. Outstanding operational performance is the backbone of what makes us successful as a Franchisee, and it's the outstanding performers in our company that become our future Managing Partners, Supervisors, and even Directors. There are three Masters Positions within the company. Once an employee has achieved Master status at all three Master Positions, they are a Wizard.
This program is available to all employees. It consists of three different areas, but the process is the same. First you must pass the Master test with 98% or greater. Since the test is not a secret you may view the test before taking it. The questions are much more difficult and the answers may be found in the Operations manual, STAR guides, equipment guides etc. After passing the Masters test you must be recommended by your manager to take the Skill test. This consists of your Supervisor and your Manager observing your shift and grading your performance using the skill test. Once you pass both tests you will get special uniforms and admission to the Masters club. This is a social club that plans extraordinary events for those that are in the club. These events range from bowling parties, snow skiing, Beach trips and even several Caribbean cruises!
“I’m a MASTER because I like being the Best at anything I do. I also like meeting and traveling with the other Masters in the company. It’s like we’re a big family.”
