The Winners Convention started in 2010. It is a celebration to recognize and reward the highest level of achievement by our Managing Partners in the area of sales & profit growth, food & labor cost, and customer service for the year.

The first 2010 Winners Convention was held in the Dominican Republic in February 2011. The 2011 Winners Convention was held in Cancun, Mexico.  Plans are currently underway planning the 2012 Winners Convention.
